Pickup ‘n’ Play:

In this weekly series of videos I want to share with you some awe-inspiring, non time-consuming riffs, melodic exercises and quirky takes on famous guitar parts, that will make you want to pick your guitar, cement your skills, and increase your thirst and desire to learn more!

Hard Days Night (The Beatles)

The End Bit!

Ever wondered what chords make up the end bit of guitar of this classic track. Well, wonder no further. This is all about effortlessly picking the E,B and G strings consecutively using the standard F major chord and then adding a G note on the high E string to create the melody. The key here (well it is actually F), is to make sure all the notes consistently ring out clearly and are played in a fluid fashion.

As a final objective, why not try to master this without looking at either your fretting or picking hand.
